    Today:

    Another rather windy day with gales possible in some coastal areas. Occasional sunny intervals with the likelihood of heavy showers, these perhaps locally thundery. Feeling rather cold in the wind. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

    Tonight:

    Heavy showers persisting this evening, gradually easing overnight to leave largely clear skies by dawn. Turning colder with brisk northerly winds. Minimum temperature 6 °C.

    Saturday:

    A mixture of sunny spells and a scattering of showers, some of these on the heavy side. Feeling rather cold especially when exposed to the strong northerly winds. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

    Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

    A chilly start to Sunday with sunny spells but turning cloudier by the evening with outbreaks of rain. Showers following on Monday, drier on Tuesday. Rather cold and often breezy.
