Cloudy with a few light showers at first but these soon becoming heavier from late morning. Some bright spells possible between showers. Showers clearing eastwards later in the day. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Sunny spells and showers on Sunday. Cloudy on Monday with a few showers before a band of rain spreads eastwards. Cloudy with rain to start Tuesday, drier later.

Temperatures most likely above average with more hot spells possible.

Mid-June will probably see a good deal of dry weather across the UK due to the influence of high pressure, especially in the south, although some thundery outbreaks are still possible. Toward the end of June and start of July, details are uncertain but conditions may become more changeable with some periods of unsettled weather. Above average temperatures are more likely than below with some hot spells possible.
