A fine evening in many areas with some late sunshine for most. Remaining dry overnight with clear spells allowing for patchy mist and fog to develop in prone rural spots. Turning chilly, especially in the countryside. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Friday:
A fresh start with any mist and fog soon clearing to leave plenty of sunny spells. Turning cloudier into the afternoon with shorter sunny intervals. Feeling warm in any sunshine. Maximum temperature 23 °C.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
High pressure will dominate through the bank holiday weekend. Remaining largely dry with a mixture of cloud and sunny periods. Temperatures slowly rising and becoming much warmer by Monday.
