Overcast and widely wet with heavy spells of rain persisting this evening and overnight. Windy, particularly across the Pennines, and mild with temperatures above average for the time of year. Minimum temperature 8 °C.
Cloudy, with rain clearing eastwards through the morning. Then a mixture of scattered showers and drier intervals, before turning wet again by the evening. Still breezy and rather mild. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Turning brighter but colder on Thursday, with a few scattered showers to end the week, but more prolonged dry periods as well. Breezy but milder with further rain on Saturday.
