This Evening and Tonight:

The odd wintry shower over the Western Isles otherwise mostly dry with clear spells which, together with light winds, will lead to a widespread frost, severe in places. Minimum temperature -1 °C.

Friday:

Mostly cloudy, cold and dry with the odd wintry shower in the west during the morning and in the east during the afternoon. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Wintry coastal showers Saturday and Sunday, dry inland. A band of snow will push northeast Sunday night, clearing from the southwest early Monday.
