    A dry and bright start in the east but clouding over for most areas before outbreaks of rain spreads into the Southwest. Rain, perhaps heavy, spreading to all parts through the afternoon. Mild and breezy. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

    Dry for a time during the evening but further rain arriving towards midnight, turning heavy at times in the west and accompanied by strong winds. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

    Thursday:

    Cloudy with outbreaks of rain in the morning, a few blustery showers by late afternoon, strengthening winds with gales by the evening. Feeling mild. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

    Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

    Gales at first Friday accompanied by showery rain, turning colder again later in the day. Mainly dry and bright on Saturday and Sunday but feeling fresh again.
