Some sunny spells to end the bank holiday weekend, however cloud will thicken from the west through this evening. A band of rain, sometimes heavy, will sweep eastwards overnight, with scattered showers to follow. Becoming breezy but remaining mild. Minimum temperature 10 °C.
Tuesday:
Sunny spells and scattered showers for many, these sometimes heavy in the west. Staying rather breezy, particularly along the coast, and feeling much fresher than of late. Maximum temperature 22 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Low pressure will dominate the weather this week bringing further showers or longer spells of rain. Remaining rather breezy with temperatures near average, although some chilly nights for a few.
