Dry morning, sunny initially but then high cloud arrives. Through the afternoon the cloud thickens and later outbreaks of rain spread northeastwards, turning occasionally heavy. Becoming windy along the coast. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Monday windy with gales and heavy blustery showers, some with hail and thunder. Tuesday the showers and wind gradually ease. Wednesday breezy with rain clearing, then brighter with isolated showers.
