The day will be mostly dry with bright or sunny spells. It will be breezy and cloud will increase for a time around midday. The odd afternoon shower is possible in the southwest. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Tonight:

The evening will be dry and breezy with clear spells. Cloud will build towards midnight and a band of rain will soon follow from the southwest. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Monday:

The day will continue windy and cloudy with rain at times south. Northern parts will stay mostly dry with bright spells. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Cloudy and breezy, mostly dry Tuesday. Outbreaks persistent, heavy rain spread north Wednesday becoming dry with bright spells Thursday.

Changeable and at times unsettled weather is likely to continue into the start of this period, with low pressure dominating the UK. This means further showers or longer spells of rain at times. All parts could see some heavy rain, but it is likely that western areas will be wettest. Strong winds are likely at times, with gales possible in the west. Equally there should also be some drier or clearer interludes, these more prevalent further east. A transition to a less unsettled pattern is possible later in the period making drier interludes more common. Above average temperatures are most likely, with a reduced incidence of overnight frost and fog, compared to normal, especially at first.

A transition to a less unsettled pattern is possible through mid-November. With time, there is a greater chance of incidences of high pressure bringing more in the way of dry weather, also increasing the chances of overnight fog and frost. There may however still be periods of rain, showers, and stronger winds, especially in the west. Weather patterns are very uncertain during late November. Overall, near or above average temperatures are most likely though some colder spells are possible, especially should any prolonged settled spells develop.
