    Cloudy with quite frequent showers for Shetland at first. Otherwise clear spells and just a few showers in the evening, becoming dry with clear spells overnight. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

    Wednesday:

    Dry with bright or sunny spells in the morning, but clouding over as showery rain spreads north through the afternoon. Strengthening southerly winds. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

    Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

    There will be variable amounts of cloud and bright spells from Thursday through to Saturday as bands of rain and showers pass northeast over the Isles. Windy at times.
