    A dry night for most with some lengthy clear periods developing. Quickly turning cold with a widespread frost and risk of ice on untreated surfaces. The odd showers in western areas, wintry over the hills. Minimum temperature -2 °C.

    Wednesday:

    Dry with bright or sunny spells in the morning. Turning gradually cloudier and breezier through the afternoon with occasional rain in the evening, snow on hills. Maximum temperature 6 °C.

    Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

    Changeable through the period with showers or perhaps some longer spells of rain on Thursday and Friday, snow on hills. Bright spells and a few showers on Saturday.
