Bright start. Scattered showers.
A mainly dry, bright and chilly start with patchy fog and frost. Isolated showers around the coast, these developing more widely during the day as cloud builds. Freshening northeasterly winds over the Hebrides. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Mostly cloudy across the south with outbreaks of rain, occasionally heavy across Lochaber, Skye and the Uists. Mainly dry around Inverness and the Black Isle. Minimum temperature 4 °C.
Occasional rain or showers around the west coast, otherwise mainly dry with some bright spells. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Mainly dry, the best of the sunshine around the west coast and over the islands. A few showers and the rain could become more widespread in the east on Tuesday.
